For many of us coffee is fuel, gulped on the way out of the door. But the same cup, enjoyed slowly, can become a small daily pause that resets the mind.
Make the process part of the pleasure
Grinding beans by hand, heating water and pouring slowly turns a routine into a ritual. The few extra minutes are the point: you are doing one thing, fully.
Find your spot
A window seat, a small table on the balcony or a favourite corner of a café. Somewhere you can sit without a screen and watch the world for a while.
Slow coffee isn’t about the coffee. It’s about giving yourself permission to stop.
Try it for a week. You may find that the ten minutes you thought you couldn’t spare are the ones that make the rest of the day go better.

This is exactly the nudge I needed. Trying it this weekend!
